This is an individual and personalized service that considers the client’s unique health challenges, nutrition goals and cooking repertoire. This service is offered through:

Individual Sessions: (Initial Consultation – 60 minutes; Follow Up – 30 minutes) or Packages (4, 8 or 12 week).

4 Week Package: This package includes a one hour initial consultation and 4 weeks of follow-up, in person, messaging, phone/skype or email. Everyone will receive a personalized client information package which includes a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid, recipes, sample meal plans, handouts and personalized coaching.

Group Programs

14 Day Detox (offered seasonally): Every season our bodies need some resetting and detoxing is the best way to do so effectively and safely. You may have been gaining some weight and you may be feeling sluggish, you may be getting sick more often than usual. The Detox Program will help you end the inflammation, the weight gain, and the painful joints and stiffness. It’s time to detox your body and regain your active and balanced lifestyle. But don’t worry, you won’t be going hungry on this plan! This meal plan is whole food based that includes delicious, filling options for your breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Easy recipes you can prepare for the entire family without having to spend hours cooking in the kitchen.

12 Week L.E.A.N Weight Loss – My signature weight loss program that is designed take the 3 most common hormone imbalances for those that struggle with their weight & energy levels: insulin (blood sugar), thyroid (metabolism), and cortisol (stress). Based on the four pillars of lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition we work through your weight loss goal as a group for 12 weeks! Includes: Meal Plans & Recipes (with simple ingredients); Weekly Guides delivered to your email inbox AND ‘live’ weekly coaching and accountability group in our office.

3 Day Kick Start Meal Planning Session: Not sure where to begin or are you looking to change up your daily meal routine? This session includes a 3 day meal plan based on your nutritional and lifestyle goals. Add this service onto any individual session or purchase at any time after your initial consult to kick start your health journey.

Supplement Review: Are you confused about what supplements to take? Do you have a medicine closet full of supplements recommended by friends or infomercials and not sure if they are right for you? Add this onto any service & bring in your list of supplements for us to review and recommendation for use to align to your health goals!
